Chili Limon Shrimp

Ingredient
Chili Lemon Shrimp and Asparagus
Salad (P2)
Serves 1: 1 protein, 1 vegetable
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. shrimp
6 asparagus spears
2 tblsp lemon juice
A pinch of lemon zest
1 clove garlic, minced & crushed
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tblsp onion
Stevia to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lightly steam shrimp and asparagus.
Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Allow shrimp to
cool.
Combine lemon juice, lemon zest,
garlic and chili powder. Mix well, allow to
marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
before serving.
